• This offer is available for guests 18 years old and above. Verifiable proof of age must be presented at time of activation.

• Visits to In Balance Fitness is non-transferrable and may only be used by the guest who activated the virtual card

• Visits to Swimming Pool is non transferrable and may only be used by the guest who activated the virtual card. Additional companion may be of any age.

• Visits to Kids Club is designed for kids 3-12 years of age. Kids must be registered by the virtual card holder.

• Swedish/Combination massage is transferrable upon endorsement of the virtual card holder. Prior reservation is required. Maximum number of spa redemption per day applies.

• Discount to In Balance Spa is non-transferrable

• Use of In Balance Fitness, Swimming Pool, Steam Room and Kids Club is subject to In Balance Wellness Guidelines. Guests must sign the necessary registration form every visit.

• Lockers are for day-use only. The day-use locker must be vacated before leaving the facility. Day-use lockers left overnight will be cleared out.

• Novotel Manila Araneta City cannot guarantee the prevention of theft or damage to your belongings with the use of the locker, and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to members’ locker contents
